Biography
I have spent my career creating, promoting, and supporting health and wellbeing initiatives, both in the corporate environment and private practice. I approach health and wellbeing with a holistic approach and take into consideration each individual and their needs.
With a background in Ergonomics, Organisational Behaviour, Myotherapy and Nutrition, I provide a balanced and informed approach to my work, with a particular focus on safety, health, and wellbeing. Adopting this approach to both on-site and work from anywhere capabilities, I provide solutions for both physical and psychological safety and success.

Our Purpose
To assist people to flourish at work and within their private lives by providing heath and wellbeing education, behaviour change strategies and action planning for reaching goals.
To provide expertise in ergonomics and human factors. This means considering and designing for individuals, teams and organisations.
Assessing the current state of wellbeing and using self-reflection activities to determine wants, needs, behaviours and gaps and then creating action plans to attain a desired state of wellbeing.
Provide organisations expertise and support to HR, OHS and People and Culture teams, around health and wellbeing to Prevent, Protect, Build and Promote a safe, healthy and successful organisations.
Domains of Focus

Ergonomics
Addressing the needs of the individual, team and organisation. Ergonomics focuses on physical, cognitive and organisational needs. My role explores physical, behavioural and organisational aspects of work with a focus on safety, health, wellbeing and community belonging.

Health and Wellbeing
Working as a Myotherapist I managed many musculoskeletal issues and chronic pain conditions including returning to work considerations. My nutrition career has focused on positive eating behaviours and adopting healthy and balanced behaviours around food.

Safety
Safety is a basic need and involves identifying, eliminating and managing hazards and risks both physical and psychological in a range of work environments.
